Andrew C. Smialowicz graduated from the University of Delaware in 2005 with a B.A. in biological sciences. Thereafter, he attended Widener University School of Law,graduating in 2009.
While at Widener, he worked as a certified legal intern at the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic. While participating in the clinic he represented underprivileged clients in matters relating to child custody and support.
After graduating Widener University School of Law he worked as a legal intern at Aivazoglou & Mikropoulos Law Firm where he gained valuable courtroom experience with attorneys specializing in cases dealing with personal injury and workers compensation claims. He is currently an associate at Clearfield & Kofsky where his focus is on personal injury claims arising out of slip and fall and motor vehicle accidents.
Andrew Smialowicz is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
He is also an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
